Gargoyle Sculpture
Gargoyle Sculpture-Vintage- Heavy Cast Iron Lion head- technically called a Grotesque. During the medieval times these were was used in an artistic manner, unlike the Gargoyles, which served as a water spout on top of buildings. Both were thought to ward of evils spirits and protect hence their intimidating appearance.
